Ironman Highlights video - my 3 seconds of fame!

On the Ironman website: http://ironmancda.com there is a highlights video - it's rather long, but if anyone is interested, I make a brief (!) appearance during the bike section (after bikers are asked how their swim went). I was particularly impressed with the aerial views of the swim leg.

Iris goes hiking in the mountains!

We spent 5 days in Norway, hiking to waterfalls and mountain tops.

This is a photo of Iris when she was 5 weeks old! Already showing off her Danish roots! We're off to visit the Danish side of Naya's family -not too mention eat some great Danish food (including the heavenly Danish pastries).

Iris is learning lots of things from her Daddy - today it's how to wag her tongue - tomorrow, we'll teach her how to do the dishes!

Iris wants to play with whatever you are using, so instead of ruining our "working" laptop, Erik gave her an old one to play with. Within minutes, she was surfing the web like the best of them!
