Iris and her best friend Lily

Lily and Iris have been in daycare together since they were six weeks old. They are best friends and pretty much inseparable at school. Here they are opening a present at the school's Christmas pagent.

We are trying to convince Iris that SANTA doesn't want her to suck her thumb... she tells us what we want to hear, but then keeps doing it (sucking her thumb)....

We found Iris in her room after nap time and she had laid her dolls in a line with a book on each one.

They're a year apart (Iris 2, Lucian 1) but surprisingly (or not) the same size.

Iris was trying to figure out why a kid her size couldn't run around and talk yet...
